Contracts and Prestart Our efficiency and responsiveness begins with the Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA). As soon as you authorise the PPA we will arrange a site contour survey and a site report in order to undertake the full working drawings of your home.Formal contracts will then be prepared and you then meet with your sales consultant to approve and sign these documents. This quick response means that for a normal titled job, we will prepare the documents within 45 working days. This allows us the best opportunity to expedite your job to site in a much quicker time-frame than the industry standard.
