We are pleased to be recognized by the HIA with The Lexington picking up the award for “Most Innovative use of Laminate in a Kitchen or Bathroom” at the 2009 HIA Kitchen and Bathrooms Awards.

If you have ever visited a 5-star resort and thought, “I wished my home looked like this”, then you’ll love The Lexington. Elegant proportions, luxurious touches and the use of natural materials like timber and stone, combine to give it a feeling of tranquillity and indulgence.

The master suite is so well appointed it should perhaps be called the presidential suite. The oh so sophisticated bedroom with feature stonework above the bay window, highlighted by vertical window frames. In the adjoining ensuite you are greeted by twin, rectangular basins, behind which is hidden a walk-in shower room. And to ensure noisy children don’t pierce the illusion of being on eternal holiday, the area is zoned well away from their wing.

Unfortunately The Lexington doesn’t come with room service. However it’s easy to pretend you are on an exotic cooking course in its beautifully appointed kitchen with stone bench tops, stainless steel european appliances and concealed walk in pantry.

From the kitchen you look out over the living and dining area and adjoining alfresco.

Extensive use of glazing blurs the boundaries between inside and outside. Another clever window also lets you keep an eye on the kids in their activity room, while cooking.

As if this home wasn’t special enough, it also has 31-course ceilings in the entertaining areas and master suite, a timber and glass pivot front door and feature stonework under the elevated front gables.

The Lexington. No passport necessary.
