Handover

Approximately one week prior to anticipated completion, you will receive a final account from us showing all payments made and the balance owing. This includes variation fees and provisional sum adjustments. This will enable you to contact your lender and advise them to initiate the final progress payment.

The lender will need your authorisation for this and evidence that you have arranged insurance for your new home from the handover date.

Please note that if you do have an amount owing on your final account Lifestyle Homes will only accept cash, a bank cheque or electronic transfer of funds. Personal cheques are not accepted.


Handover

Your keys can be arranged to be collected once Lifestyle Homes are in receipt of your final payment and there are no outstanding amounts. Lifestyle Homes recommend that you phone and make an appointment to ensure your keys are available for you when you arrive for your handover.

It is very important for Lifestyle Homes to know how we are meeting your needs.
