The following is an approximate schedule of work to be carried out and may vary according to the season, number of public holidays and any unforeseen delays. If you are a cash client, a 6.5% of contract price deposit is required prior to commencement of construction.

Pad prepared with mesh and plumbing works carried out
Putting the Slab Down
 
Grano house slab is laid
 
This is required to be left to set for a period of 7-10 days to Engineer requirements
 
Pest controllers
 
Organise termite treatment (Progress Payment Due)
 
Window and door frames are delivered and bricks loaded onto site
Single storey (Progress Payment Due)
 
Ground floor of double storey (Progress Payment Due)
 
Formwork is constructed
 
Suspended slab poured - required to set for a period of 7-10 days to Engineer requirements
 
First floor of double storey (Progress Payment Due)

The Roof Frame
 
Roof carpenter erects roof frame
 
Electrician and plumber begin tubing
 
Roof cover delivered
 
Roof cover laid
Render internal walls for preparation of plastering
Ceiling flushed and finished (Progress Payment Due)
Internal Plastering White Set
Inserrt windows and doors, lock-up the house
Clean bricks
Cupboards
Plumbing
Ceramic Tiles
Painting
 
Ceilings, gutters, downpipes
 
Internal/external door and door frames
 
Fascia, gables (if applicable)
Electrical and Plumbing Completed
 
Wall oven and hotplate installed
Internal Work
 
Verticals, carpets, wall painting etc (if applicable)
Flyscreens and Driveways if applicable
Site Cleaned
Practical Completion
 
Final inspection with supervisor
 
Client to send insurance and letter of approval to bank
Collection of Keys
 
Upon receival of final paymen, you will need to make an appointment with the Lifestyle
