Grand style. Epic proportions. The Sanctuary Select and Sanctuary 269 are just as striking and spacious as the Sanctuary display home they’re derived from, but with a more affordable specification.
You’ll find the same high 32-course ceilings in the large theatre, providing that home cinema experience, as well as the family living/dining area, which connects seamlessly with the alfresco space.
The kitchen is also just as generous as the display home’s, with a sweeping breakfast bar and Omega stainless steel appliances, including a 900mm oven and hot plate. And with Tony Alder tapware and soft-close drawers and doors, there’s no doubting the quality of the fixtures and finishes.
Even the family-friendly two-storey layout echoes the original design.
The master suite is downstairs and features a huge walk-in-robe and ensuite, with an oversized shower and a bath in the Select edition. While upstairs, the three minor bedrooms are arranged around the family bathroom and a sizable sitting area with its own balcony – a self-contained kids’ or guests’ zone.
Both The Sanctuary Select and Sanctuary 269 are worthy alternatives. All you need to do is decide how much space you want and then simply add your personal touch.
