The Fromans got the keys to their new Lifestyle home on December 1 2009 – a customised version of our hugely popular display home The Broadwater, situated in their ideal location, close to family, friends and the city in Dianella.
“We got the keys and walked in,” explained father of the family Ryan, “and we thought, wow, there’s a lot of space in here.”
But the fact that their new pride and joy is undoubtedly a home of epic proportions, tweaked and altered to meet the family’s specific requirements, isn’t the only thing that makes it unusual in today’s small-lot marketplace.
“It wasn’t a daunting process at all,” Ryan said, “especially after building our last home with Lifestyle – it was such an easy, smooth process.”
